Microphysiological Systems
Multi-Organ system. The Stahl Lab utilizes microphysiological systems (MPS) based on PDMS platforms to model and investigate the interactions between multiple tissue types. These systems have been used to study a variety of tissues and cell types, including adipose tissue, liver, immune cells, and endothelial cells, enabling the investigation of complex multicellular interactions in a physiologically relevant microenvironment.
